His arms are black and skeletal, and he wears a long white robe with a thick red stripe down the middle, as well as a black veil that partially shrouds his face. The One Who Waits is a gigantic, anthropomorphic, black cat-like creature with a total of three eyes that glow red. He's the Deity of Death and was once the fifth Bishop of the Old Faith before betraying his siblings. Towards the end of the game, however, he reveals his true colors and betrays the Lamb. Initially the patron deity of the Lamb, the game's main protagonist, The One Who Waits gave them a second chance at life after they were sacrificed by the Old Faith.
